Payment

Little Paper Butterfly accepts payments through PayPal or Direct Deposit.

PayPal is an Internationally recognised safe and secure method of payment. You do not require a PayPal account, you can safely use your credit/debit card using the PayPal checkout system to complete your purchase.

If you choose to pay by direct bank deposit, I will email you an invoice confirming my account details. Payment is required within 5 business days unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to make payment without proper communication will result in your order being cancelled.

Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be shipped.

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of your design.

Shipping & Delivery

Artworks purchased through my online store are shipped within 3 business days of payment received. For more urgent deliveries please email me directly [email protected] to discuss. Custom orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on current work load.

Little Paper Butterfly uses Australia Post for deliveries across Sydney Metropolitan Area and an express courier for Australia Wide deliveries. 

Items are carefully packed by me to ensure they arrive safely. I do not take responsibility for any LOST parcels. If you wish to add registered post for extra security please contact me prior to your purchase.

My artworks can be shipped Internationally, please email me directly for a quote.

Artworks may be collected from Camden NSW by arrangement. If you wish to collect your order from me directly please enter the code CAMDEN at the checkout to avoid shipping charges. I will provide my address and arrange a time for collection following your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are thoroughly checked by me before shipping. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt by email [email protected] and be sure to include a photo and description and I will endeavour to rectify the issue.

Returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
